A house is only worth what you can get for it and a Realtor helps you get your price. Trying to value homes precisely through market data is not the same as the minute-by-minute market values provided by NASDAQ with respect to heavily traded stocks. Because of the transparency of the stock market you don’t need a stockbroker to get you a better deal on Yahoo! or Microsoft® stock. But often to get the best deal on your home you need a Realtor. As the month progresses, our system auto-adjusts based on the actual number of visits that come in.
