Q:
Dear HomeGain,
How do I save changes I make to my basic proposals, other than sending
the new version to a particular prospect?

A:
Hello Cathy,
This
is an excellent question, and one that many agents
have asked us recently. The quick answer is that there
is no way to save your customized response after proposing
directly to a lead. The reason for this goes back to the
purpose of the template feature. In AgentEvaluator, one
of the main time-saving features is the ability to create
a template (or templates) as a base to work from when
customizing your response for each lead you propose to.
To create a template, go to the “Templates” tab
within your control center, write up the base content
that you’d
like to include in all your proposals. Then,
the next time you reply to a lead in your control center,
select your template from the drop-down and fill in personalized
information and detail that is specific to that
lead. Responding to leads in this fashion will help you
reply quickly AND personalize your response, so you have
the best chance of matching with the consumer! |

Each
month, HomeGain recognizes one person who upholds and
represents HomeGain’s high standards of customer
care.
HomeGain
is pleased to announce the Customer Advocate
for December is Snejana Norris in the Business Development
Team.
Snejana has contributed in many ways to the success
of the business development team by working to improve
the BuyerLink program. Some of Snejana’s contributions
include:
- Assisting Sales and Product Ops in researching
traffic quality concerns and working with the partners
to resolve all the issues. Her work has minimized
problems for our customers.
- Constantly coming up with ideas to drive more traffic to BuyerLink. Thanks
to her strong analytical skills we are able to
make changes in our traffic acquisition strategies
that will positively affect BuyerLink subscribers
immediately, while still maintaining strong relationships
with our partners.
I would like to thank Snejana for her continued customer
