Debra
Gravelle may be a fairly new real estate agent, but

our exclusive interview with Debra, she discusses how
her business has skyrocketed in the past six months
as a result of finding the right marketing mix, one

Q:
I’ve been on your BuyerLink program for a few months, but every time I
go to your site to try and find the link to my page, I never see it. Is there
a way to tell when my site will be up?

A:
That’s a good question we get frequently regarding our BuyerLink program.
The short answer is that there isn’t a way to control when you get your
visitors during the month. Every day, an algorithm that controls how visits are
distributed through the system automatically calculates who should get traffic,
and at what intervals.
Knowing
that several real estate agents could be subscribing to
the same city while at different coverage caps, it has
to solve the problem of how to meet everyone’s cap.
To do this, it calculates, and recalculates information
daily about who has received visitors so far for the month, who still needs visitors,
and what’s the best way to distribute those visitors.
Due
to these factors, it’s close to impossible to determine
exactly when your page will be featured. If you do not
see your page featured, rest assured you are still getting
the visitors you are paying for! Unlike TV or radio advertising
where no one wants that desirable 2:30 AM timeslot, visitors are going to come
to your page at all hours of the day with the same intention of looking at information
on buying a home.
I
would also recommend not to click the city to
link to see if your website is featured since
you will be charging that real estate agent (which might
be you!) for that visit. One of our real estate agents
was checking our site to see if he was available 90 times
over a two week period and not only did he charge himself
close to $200, but he maxed out his cap which meant no
real consumers would be visiting his page for the remainder
of the month. We don’t want to see this happen to
you too!
