“Right
off the bat, Lenny impressed us with his professionalism
and quickly gained our trust. He advised us wisely about what
work needed to be done and to increase the value of our home,
and once the house was ready for showings, Lenny came in (proverbial
guns ablazing) with some mind boggling advice to
list our house a bit lower than we hoped to sell for. His theory
was that the lower price would generate increased interest among
buyers. We threw caution to the wind and trusted his advice.
Once

HomeGain,
I use BuyerLink and one of the free landing pages, but want to know if I can also use the landing page for my other marketing strategies. It does a great job at generating leads and I want to send visitors from other sources there, too. Am I allowed to do this?

Dear
Wendy,
As
long as you are a subscriber to BuyerLink, the landing page is
yours to do what you like! We have several agents who are using
their landing page to receive traffic from other referral sites,
pay-per-click campaigns and even offline advertising strategies.
Some
agents have kept the URL we have provided for the page (i.e.
http://demo.rightlanding.com) or purchased a domain that reflects
their brand. Then, they take this domain, put a re-direct on
it so that visitors are sent to the landing page and are able
to maintain their brand while achieving the same conversion rates.
If
you are using the landing pages for multiple marketing sources,
make sure you also pay close attention to the statistics tab
within your control center. In the statistics area, you can see
the number of visitors who came to the site as well as the number
of leads. What you’ll want to pay close attention to is
the referring URL next to each lead/visitor. This tells you where
your visitors are coming from, and which one of your marketing
campaigns needs a bigger investment, or downgrade.
